PRIVATE LESSONS
Augment regular class instruction, change your dance experience, and overall phyiscal well-being.
In private sessions, I analyze and focus on alignment, bone structure and muscle strength to help dancers learn the safest and most efficient approach to ballet technique. In addition to alignment and strength, we may also work on coordination, balance, turn-out, foot work, extension, jumps, turns, or any other area that needs improvement.

Students should have at least one full year of ballet training and should be 8 and older.
